We\\\'ve worked hard to achieve a widespread reputation and this has been built on the quality of our products - hand-made using traditional methods and good, honest produce: all butter is unsalted, all eggs are free range, and all other products used are fair trade. We can also provide cakes that are dairy and gluten free should the client require.
