I have been designing, making and decorating cakes for over 5 years. Having spent two years at evening school learning how to decorate cakes I have now made over 70 cakes for many different occasions. Wedding cakes, Anniversary cakes, Birthday cakes and many other events.

I like to work together with my customers to make the cake that you want. The cake can be personalised to you, using your ideas, or you can choose an existing design.

All cakes are individually priced, depending on the size, decoration and choice of cake, either fruit, madeira or chocolate. Cakes stands and knives can also be hired at an extra cost.

I always provide a written quote with a detailed design and welcome all ideas, suggestions and feedback.

All my cakes are made with you – the customer – in mind. Working together, we can design the perfect cake to complement your special day.

And to ensure they taste as good as they look, I use only the best ingredients including real butter and free-range eggs. My rich fruit cakes have a high fruit content and contain both brandy and port for a rich, full flavour (alcohol-free fruit cakes also available).

Wedding cakes no longer need only be fruit cake only. I offer wedding cakes in sponge, with flavours including traditional vanilla, filld with jam & buttercream; chocolate cake, with smooth, rich chocolate buttercream or caramel flavour buttercream; delicious vanilla caramel flavour sponge with buttercream; zesty lemon sponge with lemon curd buttercream; Baileys sponge cake with Baileys buttercream; and light Carrot cake with a delicious frosting – to name just a few. Dairy-free cakes and egg-free cakes available.

My light sponge cupcakes are filled with delicious buttercream to make them an extra-special treat, or have them topped with a smooth and silky Italian meringue buttercream swirl.
